Under this guarantee, you may request that a new team be assigned to revisit and address any concerns you have with the initial cleaning. To be eligible for this satisfaction guarantee, you must contact us and submit your request within 24 hours of the completion of the service.

Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns by deploying a new team to make things right at no additional charge to you.
